Africa and the Digital Gap

4% of Africans have access to the Internet, paying the highest prices in the world (The Economist, 20-26 Oct 07). Africa needs connectivity to innovate, if at least to link the "real world labs" to financial capital (see earlier blog on Survival and Innovation).
